I. Background | |
NKG2D(Natural Killer Group 2D)是 C 型凝集素樣激活型受體,作為固有免疫系統(tǒng)的 核心監(jiān)視分子,主要功能是識別并清除受感染或轉化(癌變)的細胞。它在 NK 細胞、T 細胞和巨噬細胞等多種免疫細胞上表達,參與固有免疫和適應性免疫應答。NKG2D 及其 配體在腫瘤發(fā)生、病毒感染等過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。NKG2D 是Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白,胞外含 C 型凝集素結構域(結合鈣離子依賴型糖基配體),胞內無信號基序,需通過銜接蛋白 DAP10 或 DAP12(Mouse)傳遞信號。 |

MICB CHO 作為 NKG2D Effector Reporter Cell 的靶細胞,很好的模擬了體內 NKG2D 的信號轉導過程,原理見下圖所示。
